1. Kitset Only prices that do not include furniture, contents, hiab crane truck delivery from shipping port to final destination, site clearing & preparation, kitset erection, onsite plumbing & electrical work, site clean-up.
2. Payment: 50% advance payment before production, 50% before shipment.
3. Lead time: 45 working days after deposit confirmed.
4. The price quoted is valid for 10 working days.

DISCLAIMER
Plans and pricing may differ from the advertisement. Product customization, configuration and layout will determine each customers needs and final costing. Transport and delivery costs from the shipping port are NOT included. Shipping & Freight asssurance will be required on all orders. There maybe a period of time for customization and final delivery date. A 50% deposit on customized orders and the remaining balance before it leaves our international port.
