Syndicate Housing International is the birth of a NEW evolution in residential and commercial ownership. Under a cooperative group scheme, several company owners decided to utilize their collective experience, strengths and resources to create and promote investment opportunities for sophisticated investors to rebuild New Zealand's economy and meet the demand of population growth and their housing crisis. It is through their collective efforts that a Phoenix rose from ashes. A pilot scheme concept to build property in a collective capacity, drawing on the funds of shareholders within a trusted syndicate of worthy contributors.
Syndicate (Crowdfunded) Housing is an affordable housing solution to own property. By becoming a shareholder, owning equitable value of properties over a 5 year term, with a lease/rent to own option, is providing an alternative solution to improve the current housing crisis in New Zealand. Even though the concept is still relatively new to the traditional methods of purchasing property, our team have years of experience. We envision our projects to be 50% equity-based and 50% debt-based, with 40% in real estate, 40% in small to medium-sized businesses and 20% in new franchise start-ups.
WE BUY HOUSES.
We are always looking for low-cost housing in low socio-economic areas to maintain affordability. We do all the work from negotiating the purchase price, property renovations and development, property and financial management that involves mortgage and debt reduction services to sale and purchase lease to own agreements and discretionary trust deeds and private ownership. Our business relies heavily on referral and repeat business from our network. Our GAIN 2U System pays commissions and incentives to financially active members. We always have a minimum of 5 Housing Syndicates going at any given time. Our Maori Papakainga Housing Syndicate is separate for (MLO) Maori Land Owners as the land is placed under an Occupational Lease. We enjoy creating a new passive income stream on unused Maori Land with Cabin Parks comprising of multiple module cabin units, an ablution block, power and glamping tent sites. We have a low housing syndicate start-up buy-in of €5,500 plus €20 weekly capital over a 5 year term.
Talk to one of our consultants to get a better understanding on how our services can best benefit you.
There is an additional setup pledge of €250 plus a 10% tithe of €25 with a weekly €5.50 pledge thereafter for the GAIN 2U credit solution. This earns a Universal Basic Income by sponsoring New Shareholders, creating a credit-line to purchase products and services on our very own trade and barter platform. There is 10,000 units of credit value to kick-start your silver 1000 sponsorship program, to earn credit-residuals. Service providers can charge an hourly rate and more.
